HEY OYE fosters awareness in Latino communities on legal, financial, health and related socio-economic issues by reaching out to recent US immigrants and their families in Latin America. HEY OYE's resources are leveraged by trainning young Latinos it has sponsored to serve their peers and by using "social media" internet tools for expanded delivery of counseling/support. HEY OYE establishes "retail" outposts and alliances in US and Latin American countries that continue to build on the competence and expertise of the network of providers, and self-help guidance tools to navigate laws, regulations, compliance and benefits of govermental and private resources allowing Latinos to become fully integrated productive participants in their communities. HEY OYE creates economic opportunity by brokering investments from the private, institutional, and public participation in ventures such as: software outsourcing; real estate; tourism; other small business ventures, creating sustainable enterprises.
